Q: How will you market my property?

A:  We have fine tuned our marketing mix which ranges from website presence on national sites, to weekly newspaper advertising, prominent A3 shop front presence and pro-active database matching.

Q: How will you conduct viewings?

A: We recommend accompanied viewings of your property with a member of our experienced staff. This ensures that we get the right feedback to then pass back to you regarding the property. We will try and establish a viewer’s motivation to move and then once we have spoken to them we will give you quality feedback on their thoughts.

Q: How long does it take to sell a property?
